Please note: Our weight loss advice takes a little hard work and dedication, but steers away from expensive and ineffective fads such as shakes, pills and other supplements.

Personal Training & Small Group Training
Training is offered in sessions an hour or 30 minutes in length. They will be personally designed to meet you goals. You may even want to partner up with a friend or two and have a small group training session, which will help keep motivation and enjoyment high, and the financial cost low. All training packages include ongoing personalised nutrition advice from a university trained Nutritionist.

Group Training
Perfect for clubs, corporate groups and everything in between. Group training provides great value and great results.

Training Programs
If you do not want ongoing training and feel you just need a push in the right direction having a training program written for you can be a great idea. Each program includes a health and fitness assessment and 3 training sessions.
